Storm Phaze Bowling Ball Review

Is it just a Phaze?

Storm Phaze Layout
55 x 5 x 50

First Impressions
Clean motion through the fronts and mids…not always sure how it will react off the spot. Factory surface seemed sensitive to over/under so initial thought is that we need to play with the surface and figure this out…which we could not do for the initial review. The core is smooth and early so we should be able to see midlane read and strong move off the spot with this type of cover but more work is needed to crack this cover a bit…

Our Testers:

Tweener: 450 rpm

Layout: 45 x 4 5/8 x 45

Keep in mind that coverstock accounts for 70% of ball reaction, but the core creates the dynamic shape of the reaction. Your driller will alter the shape to suit your game.
